“Welcome to Wild Horizon. Thanks for visiting us. Like most outfitters, I have been hunting and fishing for most of my life. I have a passion for preserving the true African Hunting experience and for conservation of the fauna and flora that make this possible. I have been an outfitter for 15 years. I know the areas we hunt intimately and have excellent relationships with all stakeholders in the management and conservation of the hunting concessions.

 

But that doesn’t make Wild Horizon any different to many other outfitters in South Africa. So, what is the difference and why should you choose us?

 

We are a team of 6 Professional Hunters – yes, we are a small outfit, but what I guarantee is that we can put together a custom made, personalised hunt especially for you and your group and that we will make it unforgettable for all the right reasons.

 

We are based in the Eastern Cape of South Africa and combined have over 65 years’ experience of hunting in this area.

 

Like all other outfitters, I have access to any of the animals you are wanting to hunt - culling or trophies. The difference is that we cater for only one group at a time; each hunter will have his or her own dedicated PH and tracker/skinner – and probably a dog or two as well😊

 

In my experience, what makes a hunting trip memorable, apart from the trophy on the wall, is the memories made with the people you share your hunt with. I will ensure that you are matched up with a PH who will make your trip unforgettable.

 

Each of our PH’s has a vastly different personality ensuring that we can find a match for you and that we have very lively discussions around the barbecue (braai) fire every evening.
